Paul emphasizes justification by faith. He uses the example of Abraham found in Genesis 15:6 to prove this key doctrine. Corporate solidarity with Abraham shows that believers, not just genetic descendants, of Abraham are justified. Those who have the same faith as Abraham are reckoned righteous as he was. Bob also explains the significance of John 8 in regard to a serious dispute between Jesus and the Jewish leaders about who is legitimately a "son of Abraham".
