Christ Is the End of the Law (Romans 10: 1-5)
October 1, 2017 Preacher: Eric Douma Series: Romans
Scripture: Romans 10:1-5
In this message from Romans 10:1-5 we focus on Jesus Christ being the “end of the law” for all who believe. We first discuss how Christ was the termination of the Old Covenant as a means of justification. We are reminded in these verses that only Christ provides true atonement and righteousness that every sinner desperately needs. We learn afresh that the narrow road of salvation is exclusively through faith alone in Christ alone. We also learn that Christ is the new lawgiver who has supplanted Moses as the spokesman for God. Come and hear for yourself why Christ is sufficient for your righteousness and sanctification.
